Heather doesn’t show up again this month. Her attorney says she wants to “plead the 5th” which the judge says isn’t favorable for Heather. Basically she’s admitting her guilt without actually doing so. Once again continued...
Heather was recently offered 7 years jail time for her crime - which she has declined. The case is now cited to go to trial.
Investigators have uncovered through statements from friends of Brandon in attendance the evening of his death, as well as other close friends that spent time with him, that the reckless activities that occurred that night at his mother’s home had often occurred under her guidance, and, in fact, that his mother had not only been aware of what was going on, but in that occasion and others, had voluntarily contributed to those activities.
